This innovative solution involves the integration of two shipping containers, with the top container being a 20′ high cube unit and the bottom container being a 40′ unit. The primary purpose of the top container is to serve as a dedicated testing room, providing an ideal environment for various testing procedures. On the other hand, the bottom container has been meticulously outfitted with top-notch amenities, specifically designed to cater to the comfort and convenience of the users. The interior of the bottom container has been thoughtfully divided into separate male and female sections, each equipped with toilets and showers to ensure privacy and meet the diverse needs of the users. To ensure the structural integrity and stability of the combined containers, our team has incorporated a central post with a corner casting at the top. This ingenious addition allows the top 20′ container to be securely locked into place on top of the 40′ container below, creating a unified and robust structure. In terms of comfort and functionality, each container unit has been meticulously lined with 50mm insulation panels to provide excellent thermal insulation and soundproofing. The installation of a high-quality vinyl floor enhances the overall aesthetics and facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance. Moreover, a comprehensive electrical fit-out has been incorporated into each unit, ensuring the availability of power supply for various devices and equipment that may be required within the testing room and amenities area. To further enhance the convenience and comfort of the users, each container has been equipped with its own independent hot water system. This ensures a constant and reliable supply of hot water, facilitating comfortable showers and maintaining optimal hygiene standards. We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the European Union and the USA.
3. Shipping Carrier
Orders may be shipped using DHL, DPD, GLS, PostNL, or other trusted European courier partners depending on the delivery destination, item size, and carrier availability. The carrier name and tracking details will be provided in the shipping confirmation email after dispatch where tracking is available.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

After processing, estimated delivery time within Finland is 5–6 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Tracking

Return and Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders placed with Valostyle for delivery in Finland, the European Union, and the USA.
1. Voluntary Return Window
In addition to your statutory rights, we accept return requests for eligible items within 21 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a voluntary return, the item must:
- be unused and in its original condition;
- include original packaging where applicable; and
- be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.
2. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision within that 14-day period. After notifying us, you must send the goods back within 14 days.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
The right of withdrawal and/or voluntary returns may not apply, where permitted by law, to:
- personalized or custom-made items;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- perishable goods; and
- digital content once delivery or access has begun with your prior consent, where permitted by law.

- your order number;
- the item or items you want to return; and
- the reason for the return, if applicable.
We will provide return instructions after receiving your request.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For voluntary returns or withdrawals, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
If the item is defective or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law, and, where required by law, the return will be handled at no cost to you.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@valostyle.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue, where possible. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, such as repair, replacement, or refund, in line with your legal rights.
7. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
For valid withdrawal requests, refunds are generally made within 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Payment providers or banks may need additional time to complete the transaction.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@valostyle.com. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to cancel it. If the order has already been dispatched, you may use your right of withdrawal or our voluntary return policy, as applicable.
